Designed by award-winning architect David Schwartz, 13|U is proud to offer some of the largest floor plans in the neighborhood, with layouts ranging from 700 – 2,000 square feet, and in floor plans ranging from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom with dens. Our floor plans are designed to maximize natural light and provide a refined, comfortable living space.
At 13|U, you will find stainless steel appliances and a Thermador refrigerator, paired with a Bosch dishwasher and front-loading washer/dryer set. Several of our floor plans have distinct mudrooms to handle everything that daily life throws at you. Additionally, our apartment homes all feature 9’ ceilings to elevate your living experience.
Application Process
Yes. Applications are evaluated systematically and may include verification of income as well as screening for credit and rental history, including civil court records for monetary and possession judgments. Credit scores are not factored into our credit screening process. Housing voucher applicants are only screened for rental history.
Our security deposit ranges from $250 to one month's rent, depending on your credit screening. For specific questions, please contact a team member directly.
